Jacquelyn is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with experience working in a physical medicine office. She has experience working with acutely ill patients in the Surgical ICU and Emergency Department. She graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio. Jackie continued her education at The University of Cincinnati, where she received her Masters of Science in Nursing degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Jacquelyn has certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She is a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio, and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
